Semaglutide Programs

Based on 10 mg vial pricing ($400). $300 clinical initiation fee for patients new to semaglutide. Initiation fee waived for patients already on semaglutide from another provider. No additional clinical fees unless switching to brand name.

Wegovy (Branded Semaglutide)

No clinical support. Requires prescription. 1.0 to 2.0 mg doses same price.
Additional clinical fees required for physician/clinic. If you chose Dr Edman as your provider for this brand name service, there is a $300 clinical initiation fee and a yearly $300 fee for continued therapy.
Online Telehealth (ReflexMD, Ro Body, etc)
Compounded Semaglutide
$400–$500/month
Limited clinical support. May or may not be an MD. May or may not be the same provider.
Membership model; pricing increases with dose. Not offered by Dr Edman. Included here for comparative purposes.

*Does not include a one-time clinical fee of $300 which covers initial work up and administrative fees.

Here is your monthly price from Dr Jeff broken down by dose.

  • 0.25 mg : $40

  • 0.5 mg  :  $80

  • 0.75 mg : $120

  • 1.0 mg :   $160

  • 1.5 mg :   $240

  • 2.0 mg :   $320

For example, if you are using 1mg per week then your monthly cost will be $160 and if your dose is 1.5mg per week, your monthly cost will be $240 and so forth.

Tirzepatide Programs

Because of the significantly higher cost of tirzepatide vials, the structure the tirzepatide programs include on-going clinical fees of $400 per year regardless of dose (billed every six months). I will make every effort to get better pricing for the medication from my suppliers but as of March 23, 2026 here are your options:
