Scheduling your visit: Both new and established patients can schedule their own appointments by clicking the button below.

Insurance: We do not accept insurance or Medicare, but will provide you with appropriate forms for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. We can accept most HSA or FSA cards for full payment.

Cancellation Policy: You should get email or text notifications of upcoming appointments, if not, please contact us. You may cancel up to one business day prior to your appointment. All cancellations with shorter notifications or no shows will incur a $100 charge.

IMPORTANT FOR CALIFORNIA CLIENTS: Check the time zone at the top of the scheduler. It should say “Los Angeles” or Pacific Time (PT). Your appointment is set in YOUR TIMEZONE. For example, a 10:00 am PT appointment means 10:00 am PT for you (even if it shows as 1:00 pm Eastern Time for me). You might get a reminder showing Eastern Time - that’s a system glitch I’m working on. Just remember, your appointment time is the one you originally picked.

IMPORTANT FOR SOUTH CAROLINA CLIENTS: The physical office won’t open till September, but I will be taking on new clients for Weight Management and Hormone Replacement in the meantime. These will be virtual appointments only.
